Requirements

5+ years of experience working with JD Edwards (preferably 8.12)
Strong techno-functional expertise, including troubleshooting, configuration, and support
Experience with Order Entry, Fulfillment, Finance, and EDI within JDE
SQL knowledge and ability to write/debug queries for data analysis
Familiarity with Jira, SolarWinds, and email-based support workflows
Ability to work independently in a small IT team environment

Job Responsibility

Serve as the primary JDE support resource, handling issue resolution, system enhancements, and user training
Support Order Entry, Fulfillment, Finance, and EDI processes within JDE
Troubleshoot and debug JDE applications, including CNC, UBE, and EDI configurations
Manage customer additions/removals via EDI and ensure data integrity
Work with Jira and SolarWinds for tracking requests, system performance, and incident management
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and optimize workflows
Develop queries, reports, and customizations to improve system efficiency
Support third-party integrations with PKMS (WMS), Vertex, and Dynamics CRM
Assist in security and user role management within JDE
