Java Tech Manager

• Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties
• Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards

• Drive end-to-end ownership of product and custody integration with Allfunds
• Oversee development of solutions on Mutual Funds technology platforms
• Drive and own technology controls and approvals required for external integration
• Ensure adherence to engineering excellence and quality
• Establish sustainable build and deployment practices and documentation standards
• Establish roadmap for technical tools and talent
• Serve as the point of contact for Allfunds and Citi business teams
• Partner with technology partners to drive required integration work
• Collaborate with front office, operations control partners to validate integration solutions
• Drive transparency across internal and external stakeholders

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in applications development
• Experience in management
• Experience managing global technology teams
• Working knowledge of industry practices and standards
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
