Job Description:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of microservices using Java Spring Boot, collaborating closely with stakeholders and mentoring the development team. Ensure high-quality code and stay updated on emerging technologies.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of microservices using Java Spring Boot
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide technical guidance
Collaborate with the team to architect scalable, efficient, and secure solutions
Act as the primary technical point of contact in customer-facing interactions, including presenting solutions and addressing technical queries
Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
Mentor and support the development team in resolving technical challenges
Stay updated on emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture
Proven track record of leading development teams or projects
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous processing, and system integrations
Experience with solution architecture, including designing and documenting technical solutions
Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Nice to have:

Experience with frontend technologies, especially Vue.js
Knowledge of Python for scripting or additional solution components
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
