Job Description:

Sopra Steria is seeking a Java Springboot Technical Lead to oversee development processes and lead implementations to drive incremental business growth. You will work closely with the team and stakeholders to solve business problems while ensuring technical excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the development and support process of a software programme
design high-level technical strategies and solutions
lead the implementation of solutions
influence team strategies with novel approaches
mentor the team and participate in hiring
ensure integration and architectural quality
deliver valuable features consistently
drive process improvements
elaborate on requirements as needed.

Requirements:

Take a business problem and come up with the technical strategy
need minimal directions or guidance and collaborate with SDEs across teams
showcase exemplary behavior in design, delivery, code, and processes
influence team’s technical and business strategy by suggesting novel approaches
communicate ideas and get feedback from stakeholders
proactively mentor the team and help in hiring
address design or architectural deficiencies
consistently lead delivery of valuable features
propose and drive process improvements
elaborate requirements where necessary
experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
familiarity with IDEs like Eclipse and IntelliJ
expertise in Java Spring Boot, Kotlin, Python, and Groovy
knowledge of testing tools like Junit and WireMock
experience with Maven, Gradle, JMeter, GitHub, Postman, and Swagger tools.
