Job Description:

Responsible for the entire development and support process for a software programme. Develop and maintain Java Spring Boot applications, mentor teammates, and drive process improvements. Collaborate on strategies and implement high-level designs while ensuring technical excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Take a business problem and come up with the technical strategy
Lead the implementation and high-level design
Collaborate with SDEs across teams
Communicate ideas and get feedback from stakeholders
Proactively mentor the team and help in hiring
Address design or architectural deficiencies
Lead delivery of valuable features
Propose and drive process improvements
Help elaborate requirements where necessary
Programming

Requirements:

6-8 years of total experience
Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Kotlin
Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS
Familiar with IDEs like Eclipse and IntelliJ
Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Groovy
Skill in using unit test tools like Junit and WireMock
Knowledge of tools like Maven, Gradle, JMeter, GitHub, Postman, and Swagger
