Job Description:

The Java/Spring Boot Engineer will be responsible for developing backend microservices and integrations for banking ERP systems. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot, with a strong understanding of transactional banking and ERP integrations. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud platforms is a plus.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices for banking and ERP integrations
  • Build secure, scalable REST APIs for data exchange across banking and ERP platforms
  • Integrate with SAP, Oracle ERP, QuickBooks, and other client ERPs
  • Implement payment workflows for wire (real-time) and ACH (batch/file-based) transactions
  • Write SQL and support data processing using Oracle or similar databases
  • Troubleshoot and support testing across API, ERP, and payment flows

Requirements:

  • 5+ years strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices
  • 3+ years hands-on ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle ERP, QuickBooks, etc.)
  • 3+ Years knowledge of transactional banking (wire, ACH, reconciliation)
  • 3+ years solid SQL and relational database skills (Oracle preferred)
  • 5+ years experience with integration patterns, error handling, and secure APIs
  • 3+ years Agile delivery experience

Nice to have:

Kafka/MQ, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), SFTP/file-based integrations
