Job Description:

The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs. The objective is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming testing activities using specialized in-depth knowledge. Apply programming expertise, conduct testing, debugging, and identify vulnerabilities. Collaborate with users and technology groups to implement solutions ensuring adherence to high industry standards.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize knowledge of applications development testing procedures and concepts
consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues
apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications
analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues
conduct testing and debugging
serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
identify problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgements
recommend and implement solutions
resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions
operate with a limited level of direct supervision
act as SME to senior stakeholders or team members
conduct initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing
work with technology project managers and UAT professionals
develop test plans, test cases, and scripts

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of proven project experience
hands-on with Spark 2.0 and above, Java 8 and above
good with Hive / Oracle, Unix Shell Scripting
experience on Spring Boot and Rest API
knowledge on Agile methodologies
