Job Description:

KAYAK is seeking software engineering interns who are eager to tackle exciting projects and contribute to our vision of revolutionizing how people experience the world through travel. Join us in exploring the full spectrum of the engineering process - from ideation to coding and testing. It is a paid internship opportunity with a minimum length of 4 months, working from our in Kaunas office at least 3 days per week.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or have hands on experience in software projects
  • Can perform with proven programming fundamentals
  • Have hands-on experience in Software Engineering
  • Can communicate fluently in English
  • Have a genuine passion for code quality and testing
  • Have strong analytical approach
  • Have high energy, willingness to learn and are not afraid to ask questions

Ability to read and understand backend code written in Java
