Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Java & ReactJS Developer to design and implement technical solutions for Telco IT applications. The individual will translate functional and business requirements into robust solution designs, ensuring high reusability and scalability. This role involves working closely with solution designers, testers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality software and manage complex dependencies across teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate functional and business Telco requirements into solution designs
  • Own technical solution design, configuration, and implementation while resolving technical dependencies
  • Define and configure interfaces for data exchange between services and front-end applications
  • Present high-level and technical designs to solution designers, testers, and DevOps engineers
  • Conduct initial defect analysis and manage incident handling in production, especially in complex failure scenarios
  • Review code and approve pull requests for complex changes
  • Support DevOps teams in deployments across environments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of overall experience
  • 3+ years as a Solution Designer/Architect in BSS applications
  • 3+ years as a backend software developer (Java, ReactJS, JavaScript, Python, relational databases)
  • Strong expertise in creating highly reusable and generic technical solution designs
  • Functional knowledge of Telco business (Cable/TV) and familiarity with TMF and REST APIs
  • Experience with automated unit testing, DevOps, GIT, Confluence, JIRA, API design and management
  • SAFE Agile experience
  • Educational qualifications: B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc/MSc (Computer Science)

Nice to have:

  • SAFe Agile and AWS certifications are a plus
  • Additional skills: Kafka, caching techniques, relational database experience
