Java Platform Developer

• Design, develop, and deploy tools and services to adopt Citi's approved Cloud Providers
• Collaborate with cloud engineers and business stakeholders to implement multi-cloud strategy
• Deliver robust automation solutions and frameworks for cloud adoption at scale
• Enable and maintain infrastructure as code pipelines
• Develop integrated solutions leveraging security, observability, data analytics in cloud-native model
• Define and maintain development standards and best practices
• Create technical and user documentation
• Collaborate with other Cloud Engineering teams to deliver holistic infrastructure as code pipeline
• Support features and bug fixes in REST based microservice architecture
• Triage and deliver solutions to production incidents

• Minimum 2-5 years of software development/automation experience in Cloud Platform engineering domain
• Strong software development background with expertise in cloud service automation
• Technologies: Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Java with Spring Boot, Spring Reactive, Linux
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Excellent object oriented or functional analysis and design skills
• Hands-on experience with GCP (Preferred) or AWS Cloud services
• Experience with Development Security Operations practices and Software Development Lifecycle tooling
• Knowledge of common standards and practices involving CI/CD, IAM, and Security
• Experience working across multiple lines of business in collaborative corporate environment
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
