Job Description:

The Engineering Lead Analyst is a senior-level position at Citi responsible for leading engineering activities including the design, acquisition, and deployment of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The role ensures quality standards are met within existing and planned frameworks and heavily involves technology leadership and mentoring junior team members.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
provide direction for firm-mandated controls and compliance initiatives
lead integration of functions to meet business goals
define system enhancements
recommend product customization for system integration
identify problem causality and root causes
mentor junior team members
influence decisions by providing advice and counsel
contribute to the ideal architecture of the software
drive adoption of capabilities across regions
develop microservice architecture including RESTAPI and GraphQL
integrate data into the DataHub
prototype methods of developing insights
troubleshoot data and client experience issues
create and maintain data pipeline architecture
assemble large, complex data sets
design and implement internal process improvements
build infrastructure for optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading
participate in team ceremonies
build analytics tools for business metrics
provide data tools for analytics and data scientist team members
ensure data is secure across multiple data centers and regions
