Job Description:

The Digital S/W Engineer Senior Lead Analyst is an experienced full-stack hands on engineer who is passionate about solving business, customer, and technology problems through innovation and perseverance. Responsible for writing the most mission critical code, design and design reviews, code reviews, and process automation. Ensure on time, on budget, high quality deliveries by self and team. Understand and influence software design & architecture for simplicity, resiliency, and performance.

Job Responsibility:

Design, implement, and deploy software components and solve difficult problems generating positive feedback
Effectively coach, help and give feedback to junior team members
Able to work independently and with team(s) to deliver software product successfully
Lead deliveries that are consistently of high quality (secure, testable, maintainable, low-defects, efficient, etc.) and incorporate best practices
Review design and code
Focus on operational excellence, constructively identifying problems, identifying and building solutions, taking on projects that improve software, making it better and easier to maintain
Make improvements to development and testing processes

Requirements:

10 or more years of relevant experience in mission critical, customer facing, applications development, delivery, and support as senior engineering lead
Experience in Agile & Scrum methodologies
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD, and SaaS
Experience in design, build, and deployment of APIs & Microservices
Proficient in many, if not all, of these products/technologies - Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Android, SWIFT, Python, Jenkins, Oracle, DB2, and MongoDB
Experience in BDD and test automation
Ability to architect scalable and efficient solutions
