Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Java technologies, microservices architecture, database management, complemented by proficiency in Python and CI/CD practices.

Job Responsibility:

Guide a team of developers in building and maintaining Java-based applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture
Architect and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability and performance
Develop and optimize PL/SQL stored procedures for efficient data handling
Establish and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines
Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain high code quality
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Requirements:

8+ yrs experience
Experience with AWS or Azure
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of tools like Splunk or Prometheus
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Proficiency in Python
Experience with CI/CD practices
Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo
