Job Description:

The Digital S/W Engineer Analyst role involves the development and maintenance of applications systems with responsibilities that range from coding to solution design. The position requires full engagement in project development, including inputs to feasibility studies, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting alongside maintaining relationships with team members and clients.

Job Responsibility:

write code on one or more development platforms to deliver part or all of a feature, under guidance from senior engineers
respond to problems, questions, or situations by applying established criteria to directly influence development outcomes
have responsibility for applications systems analysis and programming activities
accountable for development, design, construction, testing and implementation
write secure, stable, testable and maintainable code
engage in digital applications development, risk technology, Middleware, Mainframe applications, Non Mainframe applications, Analytic Model Development and Application support activities
consult with users, clients and other technology groups on issues and recommend programming solutions
understand the functionality of the systems involved with projects
participate in design sessions and provide inputs for making design decisions
provide inputs for building project development schedules and feature prioritization
provide inputs to help improve development related processes
successfully complete assessment tests or certifications to demonstrate technical expertise

Requirements:

0-2 years in an Apps Development role
strong analytical and quantitative skills
data driven and results-oriented
experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based services
experience in affecting large culture change
experience leading infrastructure programs
skilled at working with third party service providers
excellent written and oral communication skills
bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience
