Job Description:

The Java Full Stack Lead Developer will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality, scalable, and reliable Java-based full-stack applications. This role involves both technical expertise in Java, front-end technologies, and leadership in guiding a team of developers.

Job Responsibility:

Lead Development: Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from initial design and implementation to testing and deployment
Architect and Design: Design and implement client-side and server-side architectures, including APIs and databases
Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical direction
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, following best practices
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance and ensure scalability
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Project Management: Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and estimation

Requirements:

8-12 years of application development experience as Java Full stack
Expertise in Java / JEE, Angular, PL/SQL, DB Modelling, Workflow Management, Messaging Queue (Kafka), Distributed Caching, Micro Services
Strong knowledge of Java programming
Front-End Technologies
Experience with relational databases
Experience with building and deploying microservices
