Job Description:

The Digital S/W Engineer Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area and requires understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function.

Job Responsibility:

Executing and driving mid-size feature application design and development efforts
Serving as a development lead on medium-scale projects
Supporting the execution of larger efforts
Analyzing and troubleshooting coding, application performance and design challenges
Researching root cause of development and performance concerns
Resolution of defects
Understanding engineering needs including build, maintain, and operate the system
Information modeling, data structures and algorithms
Participating in design discussions as a Development Lead
Working with industry vendors on implementation plans and roadmaps
Participating in the full development life cycle
Communicating progress, anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management
Assessing development processes, test plans, and operations
Sharing knowledge with the team
Assessing risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

8-12 years of strong experience using Java
J2EE
UI
DB
Shell Script
DevOps
Jenkins
AWS
lightspeed
Full time Java FSD with DevOps expertise
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Data driven and results-oriented
Experience delivering with an agile methodology
Experience in affecting large culture change
Experience leading infrastructure programs
Skilled at working with third party service providers
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
