Job Description:

Wissen is seeking an experienced Java Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in backend development using Java/Spring Boot and frontend development using React.js. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in microservices architecture, event-driven systems (Kafka), and CI/CD DevOps processes. This role requires hands-on technical capability across the full software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of scalable backend services and high-quality frontend user interfaces.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, enhance, and maintain full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js
Build intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly frontend interfaces
Design, implement, and optimize microservices-based architectures
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services
Work with Kafka for event streaming, messaging, and asynchronous processing
Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline, build automation, and deployments
Support end-to-end release cycles in Agile/Scrum environments
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Perform debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal turnaround time
Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, Architects, DevOps, and Product
Contribute to technical discussions and architectural improvements

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Java-based backend development
Strong proficiency in: Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot
Strong proficiency in: React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
Strong proficiency in: Microservices architecture
Strong proficiency in: Kafka (event-driven development)
Experience with REST APIs, API design, and integration
Good understanding of relational databases (MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL) and query optimization
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc.)
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization concepts
Hands-on with version control (Git)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
High ownership and accountability

Nice to have:

Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Exposure to unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
Experience with caching frameworks (Redis, Hazelcast)
Knowledge of system design and distributed systems
Experience in financial services or large-scale enterprise projects
