Job Description:

Seeking a highly motivated and skilled Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, data structures and algorithms, and problem-solving abilities. They should be a collaborative team player, eager to learn and adapt to new technologies, and proficient in Java coding with a beneficial understanding of Python.

Job Responsibility:

Design and develop robust and maintainable software solutions
analyze complex problems, break them down into smaller components, and develop effective solutions
collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and continuously improve technical skills.

Requirements:

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts such as inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction
comprehensive knowledge of common data structures (arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, hash tables) and algorithms (searching, sorting, dynamic programming)
ability to analyze the time and space complexity of algorithms and choose the most efficient solution for a given problem
strong analytical and critical thinking skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
proficient in Java development, including experience with core libraries and frameworks
knowledge of Python is a plus.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Python syntax and libraries
experience using Git for code management and collaboration
understanding of various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
