Requirements:

  • MINIMUM 3+ years of Java development
  • Eye for DESIGN and front end web page development with UI / UX Development
  • ACCESSIBILITY background / ACCESSIBILITY WEB DEVELOPMENT experience for externally facing web applications and web sites
  • Searching for a Mid level developer, Not a Senior Developer. IDEALLY 5-8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
  • Experience with a Front-End Language such as: JavaScript
  • Angular, or React experience is a plus!
  • Spring Boot experience, Microservices experience
  • WEB development
  • 2 year or 4 year degree is Preferred (Prefer Computer Science or similar)
  • At least 2 years of software development experience, including 3 or more years working with Java in a development environment
  • Hands-on experience building applications with Core Java, Java Spring, and Spring Boot
  • Familiarity with microservices design and development for scalable distributed systems
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating backend services with front-end applications
  • Working knowledge of test-driven development and software quality practices
  • Exposure to front-end development using JavaScript
  • experience with Angular or React is advantageous
  • Background supporting externally facing websites or web applications with attention to user interface and user experience
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
