Job Description:

The Digital S/W Engineer Analyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to problems, questions, or situations by applying established criteria to directly influence development outcomes
Use the right technology to solve technical challenges required to deliver small scale features and functions
Applications systems analysis and programming activities including inputs to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates
Development, design, construction, testing and implementation of secure, stable, testable and maintainable code
Digital applications development, risk technology, Middleware, Mainframe applications, Non Mainframe applications, Analytic Model Development and Application support activities
Participate in design sessions and provide inputs for design decisions
Provide inputs for building project development schedules
Provide inputs for feature prioritization and highlight technical dependencies

Requirements:

2-5 years in an Apps Development role
Demonstrated execution capabilities
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Data driven and results-oriented
Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based services
Experience in affecting large culture change
Experience leading infrastructure programs
Skilled at working with third party service providers
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Hands on experience in Java, Spring boot microservices architecture, Hibernate, PL-SQL

Nice to have:

Knowledge about NoSQL Database, ElasticSearch
Experience in JavaScript, Angular
