Job Description:

Intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures to identify system enhancements
Consult with users and clients on issues and recommend programming solutions
Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications
Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues
Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
Identify problems and recommend solutions
Resolve issues through technical experience
Operate with limited direct supervision
Exercise independence of judgement
Act as SME to senior stakeholders
Assess risk when making business decisions
Design and deliver web solutions with multi-tenant architecture
Develop and maintain robust web applications
Design and implement integrations using microservices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Contribute to all phases of software development lifecycle
Participate in code reviews
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Present technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

4-8 years in an Apps Development role
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based services
Experience in affecting large culture change
Experience leading infrastructure programs
Skilled at working with third party service providers
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Design and deliver web solutions with multi-tenant architecture
Develop applications using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Angular, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery
Experience with AI tools
Knowledge in AI, Gen AI
Experience with Kafka for integrations
Experience with microservices architecture
Work with SQL and database query tools
Experience with Angular
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift
Hands-on development experience with Java
Experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools (JIRA, Git, Bitbucket)
Experience with web services (SOAP, REST)
Experience with data modeling languages (XML, JSON)
Experience with networking technologies (routing/switching, load balancing, DNS)

Nice to have:

Knowledge in AI, Gen AI
Experience with AI tools
