Job Description:

The Digital S/W Engineer Analyst is a developing professional role. The job involves writing secure, stable, testable, and maintainable code, as well as engaging in analysis, design, and consulting with other teams to deliver quality solutions. The role is responsible for contributing to processes that improve development efficiency while delivering results in digital applications development and software engineering for projects.

Job Responsibility:

Write code on one or more development platforms to deliver part or all of a feature
respond to problems, questions, or situations by applying established criteria
have responsibility for applications systems analysis and programming activities
accountable for development, design, construction, testing and implementation
operate with autonomy
engage in digital applications development, risk technology, Middleware, Mainframe applications
consult with users, clients and other technology groups on issues and recommend programming solutions
understand the functionality of the systems involved with projects
understand the business context and the associated customer use cases
participate in design sessions to provide inputs for making design decisions
provide inputs for building project development schedules and feature prioritization
provide inputs to help improve development related processes
successfully complete assessment tests or certifications to demonstrate technical expertise
assess risk when business decisions are made and drive compliance with laws, rules and regulations

Requirements:

0-2 years in an Apps Development role
strong analytical and quantitative skills
data driven and results-oriented
experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based services
experience in affecting large culture change
experience leading infrastructure programs
skilled at working with third party service providers
excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
