Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of professional experience with Java development
  • Experience in 3rd Line IT Support or similar technical support roles
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated empathy and ownership when handling customer issues
  • Solid experience with PL/SQL and SQL programming languages
  • Familiarity with financial principles and terminology
  • Knowledge of Power BI (Plus)
  • Fluency in English (B2)
  • Availability for hybrid work in Porto, Portugal
