Job Description:

The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst role involves participation in the establishment and implementation of application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team, contributing to activities such as analysis, programming, and deployment.

Job Responsibility:

Identify and define necessary system enhancements using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code
consult with users and clients on issues and recommend programming solutions
analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues
conduct testing and debugging
advise or coach new or junior analysts
resolve issues and implement solutions
act as SME to senior stakeholders
escalate, manage, and report control issues.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience
hands-on development experience in Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservice, RestAPI
experience with banking payment systems (SAG, SWiftNet Protocols, ISO20022 message formats)
understanding of SQL, Unix, Oracle, IBM WAS, IBM MQ
experience with DevOps tools (TeamCity, Udeploy, Autosys, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift)
understanding of Agile process
ability to resolve production issues and act as application SME
experience in the Financial Services industry
intermediate Applications Development experience
problem-solving and decision-making skills
ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
