Job Description:

The Digital S/W Engineer Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role requiring analytical thinking, programming skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop secure and maintainable applications. Focus areas include application systems analysis, digital applications development, and integrations using microservices architecture.

Job Responsibility:

Turn tech stack and application design into code on multiple development platforms
Address a variety of responses to problems, questions, or situations
Responsible for applications systems analysis and programming activities
Accountable for development, design, construction, testing and implementation
Write secure, stable, testable and maintainable code
Engage in digital applications development and application support activities
Provide sound understanding of application development concepts and principles
Consult with users, clients and other technology groups on issues
Recommend programming solutions
Learn functionality, architecture, dependencies, and runtime properties of systems
Understand business context and customer use cases
Evaluate system designs
Drive clarity into technical implementation
Build and maintain integrated project development schedules
Negotiate features and priority
Improve team development processes
Automate code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing in the CI/CD pipeline
Assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

4-8 years in an Apps Development role
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Data driven and results-oriented
Experience in running high traffic, distributed, cloud based services
Experience in affecting large culture change
Experience leading infrastructure programs
Skilled at working with third party service providers
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with Java
