Java Developer

• Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance Java applications
• Design, implement, and optimize microservices-based architectures
• Create and manage RESTful APIs and web services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features
• Ensure application security and compliance with best practices
• Optimize database performance for relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and enhance application performance
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and best practices

• Experience with Java development, including Spring Boot and Jakarta EE
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation tools (Maven, Gradle)
• Academic background: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Fluent Italian and English
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
