Java developer

• Collaborate with an existing agile development team to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Develop and maintain applications using Java
• Contribute technical expertise to projects in the Payments/Fintech/Banking sector
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
• Support the team in adapting to evolving project requirements

• Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in software development, with proven achievements in Payments, Fintech, or Banking
• Fluent in English (excellent communication skills required
• neutral accent)
• Proficient in Java development
• Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative environments
• Previous exposure to Payments/Fintech/Banking projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid (remote and onsite) setting
• Adaptability and teamwork

Experience with Golang and PHP is a big plus
