Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with proven experience building robust, high-performance, large scale Capital Markets applications. The Enterprise Risk Technology Team is responsible for delivering solutions for credit risk management. The tools enable risk analysts and risk managers to easily perform tasks that relate to credit financial analysis for various business groups. Key areas of focus are to extend financials reporting and analytics capabilities, build a self-service portal, and create a service-oriented architecture for credit assessments.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering Advanced Technical Solutions: Tackling increasingly complex technical challenges to meet business goals across multiple modules
Coordinating Across Systems: Ensuring efficient collaboration between all upstream and downstream systems to maintain seamless operations and integration
Engaging Stakeholders: Facilitating clear, effective communication among stakeholders for timely and successful business deliverables
Risk and Control Focus: Maintaining a proactive approach to risk management and ensuring strict adherence to controls to safeguard business operations
User Communication and Support: Managing direct user interactions, addressing critical business-related queries, and offering technical guidance on project requirements
Contributions to encompass leadership across technical, operational, and risk management areas, reflecting a higher level of responsibility and strategic impact within the organization

Requirements:

10+ years Core Java experience developing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications applying Object Oriented Design principles
Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Java (Version 1.8 or above)
Integration with SSO such as OAUTH and Expertise in Spring Batch, Spring IOC, Spring Annotation, Spring Security
Hands-on experience in REST-APIs, and Backend using Java/J2EE technologies
Should possess Unix/Linux knowledge to be able to write and understand shell scripts and commands
Have an experience in Data Preparation Tools
Experience with CI/CD build pipelines and toolchain – Git, Bitbucket, TeamCity, Artifactory, Jira
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience in tools such as JIRA, BlackDuck, SONAR etc.
Distributed Caching frameworks such as Ignite, Hazlecast, Redis or equivalent
Cloud computing technologies with practical experience working with containers, microservices and large datasets (Docker, Kubernetes)
Demonstrated capacity to build sophisticated tooling for development and production team use
Experience re-engineering large monolithic applications to microservices
certification-Sun Certified Java Developer, AWS, Kubernetes
