Job Description

Work closely with engineers across the company to build high-quality, user-friendly features spanning multiple parts of the system. Collaborate with business, product, and operations teams to understand user needs and solve real-world pain points. Participate actively in Scrum/Agile events, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot and Hibernate
  • Proficient in version control systems, especially Git
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
  • Experience with event-driven systems (SQS, SNS, Step Functions, EventBridge, etc.)
  • Fluent English communication skills (must), able to work with international clients.

Nice to have

  • TypeScript or Node.js experience
  • Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS exposure
  • Observability and monitoring experience
