Job Description:

Java Backend Developer plans, develops, tests, and maintains software solutions. You will manage the technical design and the application development, including testing the developed software. This also includes support and consultation activities in the concept phase of the planned application.

Job Responsibility:

Check functional and technical requirements regarding technical implementation and feasibility and translate them into the technical software design
Design, test, debug, document and implement software or application components of third-party software and of operating system-related software
Fulfill non-functional requirements of the solution, such as performance, data protection, IT security and ergonomics/usability
Ensure the future maintainability of the systems and consideration of the technical and functional environment in the context of the development of software
Maintain all java code of abs-com and keep it up to date
Support all users of abs-com during development and production
Operate and maintain rsabscom application
Assist all abs com users in switching to rsabscom

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Java programming
Experience with Maven and Jenkins for build automation and continuous integration
Proficient in using Git for version control
Experience with Spring framework and Kubernetes (RSABSCOM) for application development and deployment
Knowledge of JAX-WS for SOAP services, and JMS/IBM MQ for messaging
Experience with JDBC for database connectivity, and proficiency in XML and JSON
Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities
