Job Description:

The architect plays a key role in ensuring that the scrum team delivers cohesive and efficient technical solutions that meet business objectives. This role involves collaborating with various teams to design, implement, and ensure the delivery of requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and the technical vision.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the architectural design and integration of solutions within the scrum teams
Work with other architects and technical leads to design scalable, secure, and robust systems
Ensure architectural coherence across teams within the ART
Provide technical leadership to development teams
Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
Lead and manage the development team
Lead technical reviews and ensure high standards of code quality
Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders
Participate in PI (Program Increment) Planning and other key SAFe events
Facilitate communication across teams to manage dependencies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ART
Champion the adoption of DevOps practices
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
Identify and mitigate technical risks within the ART
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and organizational policies
Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation
Establish and enforce architectural standards and best practices

Requirements:

8+ years relevant experience in Architecture
8+ years' experience with Microservices architecture & UI frameworks like React, Angular
12+ years Java & J2EE experience
Experience in design tools like Visio, C4 modeling
Strong understanding of web application architectures, design patterns, and technologies
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
Experience and aptitude of Agile and DevOps approaches
Extensive experience in Designing of non-relational databases such as MongoDB
Good knowledge of relational databases, design and SQL
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Management and prioritization skills
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
