Clearance: SCI Eligible, willing to obtain polygraph
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field
Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT II and CSSP Infrastructure Support certifications (CompTIA CySA+ preferred or equivalent) within 30 days of contract start
Location: Full time on-site in Reston, VA
Experience: 8-12 Years of relevant technical experience
At least 4 years of experience leading AWS Cloud development modernization, monitoring, and support and production delivery
At least 4 years of experience leading Linux development engineering and production delivery
At least 4 years of experience leading supporting/leading Agile Development engineering programs for Government program customers
At least 4 years of experience working in classified Government environments
Understanding of modern architectures including cloud, Full stack experience with modern application development environments

Job Responsibility

Represent the engineering team in customer meetings
Plan quarterly Agile Development Planning commitments
Drive technology roadmaps
Work with the AnaVation Program Manager to accelerate customer priorities
Mentor senior, mid-level, and junior engineers
Support and enhance 10 core application and data services used by multiple Government Agencies
Plan/estimate staffing, software licensing, and hosting capacity for roadmap projects and capabilities
Personnel supervisor position with 5-7 direct reports including performance reviews, engineering career planning, technical interviews for new staff, Agile Delivery (Jira) prioritization and reviews, and ongoing timesheet approvals
