Job Description:

Intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Job Responsibility:

Participation in establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs
Contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities
Guide team in delivering highly performant and scalable solutions
Own and drive end-to-end delivery of projects
Work with Product Owners, Architects, Product, Team members and stakeholders
Drive design and solutioning of applications
Track progress, highlight risks and ensure team gets unblocked

Requirements:

12+ Years of experience in building large scale system
Leadership qualities to guide the team
Experience with Java, Micro services, Spring Boot, Kafka, MQ, Openshift, Databases (MongoDB / Oracle)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment
Knowledge of Scaled Agile framework (PI Planning, Backlog grooming, Retro, Refinements)
Ability to contribute to resource planning, estimation and assessment activities
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
