LVI Associates is growing its Japan Renewable Energy desk, and we're looking for an experienced Japanese-speaking recruiter to join us here in Singapore. You'll sit at the heart of one of the most exciting markets globally covering Japan and wider APAC, partnering with clients across solar, wind, energy storage, hydrogen, and infrastructure. This isn't a build-from-scratch role, we already have: Established client relationships across Japan; Proven deal flow in the renewable energy space; A strong APAC platform to scale from.

Requirements

  • Fluent Japanese + strong English communication
  • 3+ years recruitment experience (Engineering / Energy / FS / Tech all welcome)
