Job Responsibility:
Sustain day to day service delivery and meet SLAs for the APAC Cash Equities business
Support continued expansion of high touch sales trading activity in Japan
Own query and exception management
Provide strong stakeholder coordination across front office and downstream teams
Support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution
Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes
Identify areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes
Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency
Develop reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders
Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations
Participate in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Advise and influence decision making, contribute to policy development and take responsibility for operational effectiveness
Lead a team performing complex tasks
Set objectives and coach employees
Appraisal of performance relative to objectives and determination of reward outcomes
