This role leads cross‑solution integrated marketing to position Microsoft as the AI Transformation Partner in Japan, driving demand and thought leadership through AI‑focused storytelling and orchestration.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and land AI transformation and cross-solution narratives tailored to the Japanese market
Lead marketing orchestration across solution areas for high quality customer experiences
Partner with CSA marketers, the Asia CMO team, and key stakeholders to maximize business impact

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or a related field
15+ years of experience in B-to-B marketing and commercial integrated marketing, including campaign planning and execution, digital marketing, event and program management, and marketing operations (reporting and analysis), or equivalent experience
Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations is a plus
Experience in cloud, AI, security, and/or enterprise commercial marketing in IT field is a plus
Proven ability to engage confidently with senior executives and partners
Experience leading transformation initiatives or change management programs within organization is a plus
Advanced business-level English required, including leading cross-team collaboration, discussions, managing complex HQ negotiations, and producing business reports
Native-level proficiency in Japanese required
Nice to have:
