Job Description

We are looking for motivated, reliable Route Cleaning Technicians to join our team in Exton, PA. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, and being part of a supportive team. Route Technicians drive company vehicles to multiple client locations each evening to complete scheduled cleaning services. This role requires independence, accountability, and strong time management skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive company vehicles to assigned commercial locations
  • Complete scheduled cleaning tasks at each stop
  • Follow route schedules and cleaning checklists
  • Maintain communication with management as needed
  • Ensure company vehicle is kept clean and in good condition
  • Lock and secure buildings upon completion

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record (required to operate company vehicles)
  • Comfortable driving between locations nightly
  • Self-starter who is motivated and dependable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift, bend, and move throughout the shift
  • Required clearances: PA State Criminal Background Check
  • PA Child Abuse Clearance
  • FBI Fingerprint Clearance

  • Ensures the resort is presentable and inviting at all times and that it adheres to Sun's curb appeal standards
  • Regularly treats for weeds, weed whips, rakes leaves, plants flowers/shrubs, spreads mulch/woodchips/stones, trims shrubs and hedges, cuts down and removes tree limbs damaged by adverse weather conditions, and performs other lawn care services as necessary
  • Ensures trash/debris is picked up daily from common areas and streets on a daily basis. Empties common area trash containers as needed
  • Cleans resort amenities which may include clubhouses, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, resort offices, restrooms, laundry areas, bath houses, and maintenance garage
  • Maintains vacant sites, including strap-downs & removal of trash and debris
