Job Description:

This Janitor/Housekeeper is responsible to clean doctors’ offices all around the Chicago Land. Each week of the month there is a route to follow and it remains the same permanently. THERE ARE 4-5 OFFICES TO CLEAN PER NIGHT. Schedule: 8:00pm - 2:00am Monday to Saturday. Time to clean each office takes a maximum of 1 1/2 hour. Offices vary in sizes. It pays $40 per office cleaned. NOT PER HOUR.

Job Responsibility:

  • To clean areas assigned by the ServiceMaster Supervisory Team to the specifications of the Task Schedule
  • Dust all furniture including desk (exposed areas of desk only), chairs, tables and Knick knack
  • Dust all exposed filing cabinets, bookcases, and shelves
  • Dust, clean and sanitize all telephones
  • Clean and sanitize drinking fountains
  • Low dust all horizontal surfaces to hand height (70") including sills, ledges, moldings, shelves, picture frames, ducts, radiators, etc.
  • High dust above hand height all horizontal surfaces, including shelves, moldings, ledges
  • Spot clean desk tops
  • Spot clean reception lobby glass including front door, and any other partition or door glass
  • Remove dust and cobwebs from ceiling areas
  • Clean, sanitize, and polish all vitreous fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins
  • Clean all glass and mirrors
  • Empty all containers and disposals, insert liners, as required spot clean and sanitize container
  • Empty and sanitize interior of sanitary container
  • Spot clean all walls, doors, and partitions
  • Refill all dispensers to normal limits- napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners, seat holders, cups
  • Low & High dust all horizontal surfaces including sills, moldings, ledges, shelves, frames, ducts
  • High dust above hand height all horizontal surfaces including shelves, moldings, and ledges
  • Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies
