Job Responsibility:

  • Organize employee shifts, assign tasks, adjust schedules as needed
  • Teach team members ServiceMaster's standards, products, and procedures
  • Conduct inspections, provide constructive feedback, ensure tasks completed to high standards
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and concerns
  • Enforce safety and OSHA regulations

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the cleaning industry
  • English proficiency is required
  • bilingual candidates are a plus
  • positive attitude, flexibility, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • physical stamina: standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, lifting up to 25 lbs
