Job Description:

Atlas FM are looking to recruit a janitor at our client’s premises. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in their working environment and feel proud about the work they do. The days and hours: Monday - Friday 12:00 - 13:00 PM. Location: Cambridge, CB21 5XG.

Job Responsibility:

  • Dedicate time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients
  • Deliver the cleaning & maintenance specification
  • Provide a high standard of customer care
  • Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners
  • Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all time
  • Ensure external areas are kept clean and maintained to a high safety standard and well presented at all times
  • Maintain bins/recycling room
  • Accept and coordinate deliveries
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile

Requirements:

  • An attitude to thrive, and cleaning/supervisory experience
  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role
  • A basic level of spoken English for communication on safety and with the public/management
  • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile
  • A right to work in the UK
