Job Description:

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join a manufacturing environment. The role of Janitor is critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks (offices, locker rooms, bathrooms, cafeteria, etc.)
  • Clean and disinfect surfaces and equipment
  • Properly use cleaning tools and products
  • Refill supplies (soap, paper, disinfectant)
  • Monitor inventory and report needs
  • Respond to maintenance requests
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks when required
  • Work with teams to support operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Janitor or in industrial/commercial cleaning
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and consistent work ethic
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong understanding of health & safety practices
  • Team player with a respectful attitude
