Job Description

Jaguar Land Rover Northampton is looking to recruit a highly motivated Workshop Controller to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with the Jaguar Land Rover brand following our recent move to our new arch site in Swan Valley.

Requirements

  • Experience in this role is essential
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of a workshop environment and running a team of technicians
  • Skilled in all aspects of running a high volume prestige workshop
  • Ability to ensure repairs are 'Fixed First Visit' in an environment that demands quality workmanship and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion with enthusiasm to work with this prestigious brand
