Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Northampton is looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join their fantastic Aftersales Department. This role is a critical part of the running of a successful Service Department, you will support both the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure customers receive the best service.
Job Responsibility
Administer all preparation work required for vehicle arrivals
Adhere to strict processes
Support the service team with telephone enquiries
Complete invoicing
Examine paperwork to ensure quality standards are met
Carrying out self-audits before filing
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role or a similarly demanding role would be ideal
Experience of using Kerridge/ADP is not essential but would be advantageous
Committed to providing excellent customer service
Thrive in a busy, high pressurised environment
Strong administration skills
Ability to prioritise workload within a fast-paced environment
Extremely organised
High attention to detail
Great team player
