Job Description

Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Northampton is looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join their fantastic Aftersales Department. This role is a critical part of the running of a successful Service Department, you will support both the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure customers receive the best service.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer all preparation work required for vehicle arrivals
  • Adhere to strict processes
  • Support the service team with telephone enquiries
  • Complete invoicing
  • Examine paperwork to ensure quality standards are met
  • Carrying out self-audits before filing

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role or a similarly demanding role would be ideal
  • Experience of using Kerridge/ADP is not essential but would be advantageous
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Thrive in a busy, high pressurised environment
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload within a fast-paced environment
  • Extremely organised
  • High attention to detail
  • Great team player
