Job Description:

You are invited to join our client as a Jackpot Performance Manager in Malta, where you will help shape the performance of our jackpot products across operators. Reporting to the Head of Jackpot Performance, you will bridge commercial strategy with hands-on optimisation, supporting new product rollouts and driving revenue growth across the portfolio. You will work across internal teams and with operators to ensure strong commercial execution and to maximise the impact of Jackpot products. This role sits at the heart of revenue growth, translating data into actions that improve launch outcomes, product coverage, and operator loyalty.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the execution of Jackpot game release playbooks to ensure optimal launches
  • Track and report on KPIs across new releases, including coverage, player engagement, and lobby positioning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key operators
  • Develop and execute launch plans for the Jackpot portfolio at market and operator level
  • Analyse KPIs, commercial performance, and market trends to identify opportunities
  • Identify gaps in Jackpot product coverage and help close them
  • Assist onboarding of new operators onto Jackpot products and drive adoption
  • Create and maintain sales materials with data-backed narratives on performance and USP
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Markets, Partnership, Business Evaluation, Game Specialists, Studios, Game Strategy, BI, Marketing, and Product) to support initiatives

Requirements:
