Job Responsibility:

Improve driving performance
Monitor and analyze data from in-vehicle monitoring systems (IVMS)/vehicle tracker systems
Serves as subject matter expert for vehicle data recorder data interpretation
Conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments to identify risks associated with heavy and light vehicle operations
Involves assets in developing action plans as needed
Conduct assessments and provide support for driving safety activities for Company drivers
Monitor incident trends and perform root cause investigations
Present findings and safety trend analysis reports to management and other audiences
Monitor/research new/existing government regulations and interpret the impact on the region
Develop and deliver presentations regarding road safety performance
Share/gain logistics best practices
Assist in monitoring and improving the Company's contractor road safety performance

Requirements:

Diploma in Information Technology, Transport, or Logistics is preferred but not mandatory
Safety training is required
1–2 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, road safety, or fleet monitoring
Experience in transportation, logistics, and/or road safety is highly desirable
Hands-on experience with fleet monitoring systems, particularly IVMS
Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills
Flexibility to work different shifts
