Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Ivanti Neurons Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Systems Administrator to join our team. This is a contract position offering the opportunity to manage and optimize enterprise-level systems and technologies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of system administration and expertise in various platforms and tools.

Job Responsibility

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory environments to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Administer Windows Server systems, including updates and patch management
  • Manage Windows 10 devices, ensuring compatibility and functionality across the organization
  • Oversee Dell technologies and related hardware to maintain reliability and efficiency
  • Implement and support Citrix technologies to facilitate seamless remote access and virtualization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system configurations with organizational needs
  • Monitor and resolve system performance issues to minimize downtime
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and internal teams

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory administration
  • Proficiency in managing Microsoft Windows Server environments
  • Strong familiarity with Windows 10 systems
  • Experience working with Dell technologies and hardware
  • Expertise in Citrix technologies and virtualization solutions
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and providing support
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation and managing system audits
