We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator with expertise in Ivanti Neurons to join our team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Ivanti Neurons, including incident workflows, service requests, and automation processes
  • Implement enhancements to the ServiceWorks Support Portal, improving user experience and optimizing functionality
  • Address backlog items, focusing on usability improvements, notification logic, and workflow routing
  • Develop and refine approval workflows, routing rules, and automated notifications to streamline operations
  • Configure and update Self-Service Portal components, ensuring accurate data display and seamless functionality
  • Analyze and resolve high-priority defects, automation gaps, and communication challenges
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including workflow diagrams, release notes, and configuration logs for future reference
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to governance standards and deliver project milestones
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and platform understanding
  • Participate in status reviews, risk assessments, and validation of project outcomes with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Ivanti Neurons System Administrator
  • Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, including incident and workflow modules
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Ivanti Neurons self-service portals and workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical issues and optimize platform performance
  • Experience working with backlog-driven projects and delivering milestone-based outcomes
  • Strong documentation skills, including workflow creation and release note preparation
  • Excellent communication abilities and capacity to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Windows 10
