We are looking for an ITSM System Administrator for a full-time permanent role remote in Fresno, CA. Job Responsibility
Administer and maintain enterprise ITSM platforms including user management, security roles, workflows, forms, system configurations, and platform updates
Design, develop, and support advanced workflows, business rules, automation, and service request processes
Configure and maintain modules supporting Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Self-Service Portal, and CMDB management
Develop and support integrations and API-based connections between ITSM and enterprise systems
Create and maintain dashboards, operational reporting, and metrics to support continual service improvement initiatives
Troubleshoot application issues and provide end-user support, documentation, and training
Collaborate with operational and technical teams to implement process improvements aligned with ITIL best practices
Support platform stability, scalability, and ongoing optimization efforts
Requirements
Minimum three (3) years of experience in ITSM platform administration, application administration, workflow development, or enterprise systems support required
Experience supporting enterprise service management platforms in complex operational environments required
Experience with advanced workflow configuration, automation, and service request development required
High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or CHS Approved IEP Certificate required
Nice to have
Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required
ITIL process knowledge and ITSM best practices strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred
Advanced experience administering enterprise ITSM platforms such as Ivanti Neurons/HEAT, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, Cherwell, or similar
Experience creating and maintaining advanced Service Requests and Service Catalog workflows
Strong experience with workflow development, business rules, automation, and scripting
Scripting experience preferred in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PowerShell, or platform-specific expression languages
Experience with SQL reporting, dashboards, analytics, or reporting tools
Experience supporting API integrations and connected enterprise systems
