Job Description

We are looking for an ITSM System Administrator for a full-time permanent role remote in Fresno, CA. Successful candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to go W2. *Approved states (must reside in): AL, AZ, CA, FL, ID, MD, Missouri, NV, NJ, NM, NC, OK, SC, TX, VA, WA (excluding Seattle), WI*

Job Responsibility

  • Administer and maintain enterprise ITSM platforms including user management, security roles, workflows, forms, system configurations, and platform updates
  • Design, develop, and support advanced workflows, business rules, automation, and service request processes
  • Configure and maintain modules supporting Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Self-Service Portal, and CMDB management
  • Develop and support integrations and API-based connections between ITSM and enterprise systems
  • Create and maintain dashboards, operational reporting, and metrics to support continual service improvement initiatives
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide end-user support, documentation, and training
  • Collaborate with operational and technical teams to implement process improvements aligned with ITIL best practices
  • Support platform stability, scalability, and ongoing optimization efforts

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in ITSM platform administration, application administration, workflow development, or enterprise systems support required
  • Experience supporting enterprise service management platforms in complex operational environments required
  • Experience with advanced workflow configuration, automation, and service request development required
  • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or CHS Approved IEP Certificate required

Nice to have

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required
  • ITIL process knowledge and ITSM best practices strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred
  • Advanced experience administering enterprise ITSM platforms such as Ivanti Neurons/HEAT, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management, Cherwell, or similar
  • Experience creating and maintaining advanced Service Requests and Service Catalog workflows
  • Strong experience with workflow development, business rules, automation, and scripting
  • Scripting experience preferred in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PowerShell, or platform-specific expression languages
  • Experience with SQL reporting, dashboards, analytics, or reporting tools
  • Experience supporting API integrations and connected enterprise systems
