Job Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced ITSM Project Manager to lead a TeamDynamix ITSM implementation for a local government client. This role will own end-to-end project delivery, drive process and organizational change, and ensure alignment across IT, the Service Desk, and external vendors.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the full implementation of TeamDynamix (ITSM) within a 12-month timeline
  • Own end-to-end project delivery, including workflow scoping, implementation planning, and knowledge base transformation
  • Ensure system integrations (e.g., SCCM, Intune, and other supporting platforms) are fully connected and functioning as intended
  • Define, configure, and optimize ITSM workflows to support end-to-end service management processes
  • Scope and support new onboarding and service request processes within TeamDynamix
  • Maintain a detailed and well-organized project plan, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and timelines
  • Act as the primary bridge between IT, the Service Desk, and vendors to align priorities, deliverables, and timelines
  • Partner with vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs while staying within budget constraints
  • Continuously assess project progress, identify gaps or risks, and recommend corrective actions
  • Drive change management efforts, supporting user adoption and stakeholder alignment across teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing ITSM projects, with direct exposure to TeamDynamix or comparable ITSM platforms
  • Strong background leading system implementations involving workflows, integrations, and process change
  • Demonstrated project scoping skills, including defining timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with IT teams, Service Desk operations, and external vendors
  • Ability to manage projects within defined budgets and cost constraints

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience implementing or configuring TeamDynamix ITSM
  • Familiarity with integrations such as SCCM and Intune
  • Experience transforming or supporting a knowledge base within an ITSM platform
  • Background working in complex environments with multiple integrated systems and vendors
  • Strong change management and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to hold teams accountable
  • Collaborative team player who is driven, patient, and effective when managing large, multi-stakeholder initiatives
