This team is responsible for facilitating the migration of Cherwell to Ivanti ticketing system from a BA perspective. Ideal candidates will have Cherwell/Ivanti experience, but any ITSM system experience is applicable. There are about 3,000 service catalogue items that must be migrated from Cherwell to Ivanti. This BA will be responsible for gathering requirements and documenting the service catalogue attributes (i.e. free text, drop down menu, table) in an Excel document to pass along to the development team. The developers will them develop the changes and pass it back to the BA. The BA will then perform regression testing to ensure workability in Ivanti. From there, the BA will create a how-to video to describe the new functionality in the new system to users. This video will then be included in email communication constructed from templates to communicate the changes and request approval from internal stakeholders. There is a protocol in place for repeated communication and escalation in the event of no response.
